Get back to someone是回覆某人，還不清楚事情的細節或還沒辦法決定，都可以這樣告訴對方。加上ASAP也讓人覺得會得到有效率的回覆。
I'll find out.
我會弄清楚、我會確認，同樣是不知道，這個說法積極多了。如果是對方想要釐清的情形，也可以說I'll find out for you. What would you suggest?
還不知道怎麼做並不會讓你不如人，運用對方的經驗也是很好的合作方式。

不懂對方的意思，說I don’t know what you mean其實很無禮。告訴他，我不太確定自己有沒有弄懂你的意思，再跟他確認你理解的部分，讓討論往下走。

當對方願意從頭到尾讀完你的信，表示他已經考慮你的要求了。
